Here is my newest addition to the Racin' Dalmatian family,
Jolene. She was born on March 6, 2007 and is pictured here at 9 & 10 weeks old.
Too cute, huh?
I intend to show Jolene in conformation, agility and
obedience. Now, I know I have some work to do on myself for the conformation
ring. I'll be starting lessons with her and NEVER soon enough.
Of course, it is never too early to start playing on agility
obstacles in the yard. She has done a baby teeter, baby table, buja board
and tunnel with no problems. So far, tunnel is by far her favorite! We have LOTS
of work to do there, but it never hurts to get a little energy out of her in the
process!

"Big sister" Maggie has surprised me with how well she is taking to Jolene
as a puppy. Jolene follows her almost everywhere. Maggie was the one to show
her how to do the agility equipment...Jolene just followed behind. It is
nice to see my older girl getting some "pick me up" by having the puppy to
play with. I'm having a hard time putting the camera down!

Welcome to puppyhood! Everyone tells you that you should "puppy-proof" your
home BEFORE you bring a puppy in the house. Well, I did that, but obviously
I forgot one room...the bathroom! I like to call this series of pictures
"The Attack of the Killer Toilet Paper". As you can see, Jolene
conquers all!

Jolene has had a busy month! She started puppy agility classes, Grandma Joni
came to visit and she learned how to swim! She's really starting to fill out
and it's hard to believe that she will be 6 months old soon!
